Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand has announced Gold Coast Harley-Davidson as Dealer of the Year for 2016
Steve Schilling, Dealer Principal of Gold Coast Harley-Davidson accepted the coveted award on behalf of his team at the brand’s National Dealer Meeting in Sydney last week.
Along with the Dealer of the Year award, Harley announced the winners of its Road to Retail Excellence Program, which Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works, Canberra Harley-Davidson and Western Ranges Motorcycles in Tamworth graciously accepted.
In choosing a winner of these awards, dealers are assessed on customer satisfaction, business reporting, marketing and events, commitment to training and sales performance.
“This is an opportunity for the business to recognise the hard work and commitment that our dealers individually and collectively invest; and to celebrate those achievements” says Nigel Keough, Managing Director of Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand.
The Dealer of the Year receives a $20,000 contribution towards travel and accommodation to attend the global Annual Harley-Davidson Dealer Meeting to be held in Los Angeles in 2017.
