Lightweight, powerful and easy to manage, the new 660 Tuono from Aprilia should appeal to a huge range of riders when it hits showrooms around mid 2021.
Joining the RS660 in the line up and sharing many components, the new Tuono is aimed at younger riders with less experience and a smaller budget than the Tuono V4.
In standard trim it’s a 70kW machine weighing in at just 183kg ready to ride, although there will be a 35kW LAMS-approved version available for those who don’t yet have a full licence.
Although often thought of as a naked, the Tuono does feature wind-tunnel designed bodywork, not for weather protection but for improved handling and stability.
With adjustable Kayaba suspension, an aluminium chassis, class-leading electronics including a ride-by-wire throttle and five riding modes, the new Tuono has a very long list of premium features.
