The long-anticipated CFMoto 675SR-R will be priced at just $11,790 ride away when it goes on sale in Australia in May this year.
The CFMoto 675SR-R is powered by a brand-new, in-house-developed 675cc triple-cylinder engine that makes a claimed 70kW (94hp) of power at 11,000rpm and 70Nm of torque at 8,250rpm.
CFMoto says the 675SR-R has been engineered for riders seeking “a premium, full-fairing new-era supersport machine” that excels on the road and the track. The 675SR-R is claimed to provide sharp throttle response, impressive midrange punch and a top speed exceeding 220km/h, along with a claimed 0-100km/h sprint time of less than 3.6 seconds.
The engine is mounted in a high-strength chromium-molybdenum steel frame while the KYB suspension package features a fully adjustable 41mm upside-down front fork and a preload and rebound-adjustable rear monoshock.
The braking package consists 300mm front discs with J.Juan 4-piston radial calipers and a 240mm rear disc with a single-piston caliper.
Key design highlights include Boomerang-shaped headlights, a suspended through-type taillight with 36 red LEDs, integrated front turn signals within the rearview mirrors and rear turn signals incorporated into the taillight, a high-arch aluminium swingarm, and an underfloor exhaust.
The CFMoto 675SR-R comes with a suite of advanced electronics including a 5-inch curved TFT display offering Google Maps navigation projection via MotoPlay; CFMOTO RIDE App compatibility; standard T-Box with a built-in 4G module and 6D sensor, enabling seamless vehicle-machine interconnection and providing enhanced long-distance functions; adjustable traction control and ABS, quickshifter; and Track Switch mode, enabling riders to switch to a reverse shift pattern with just one bolt adjustment.
CFMoto says the 675SR-R has been “strategically designed to compete against new-age models such as the Yamaha YZF-R7HO, Honda CBR650R, and Triumph Daytona 660”.
The 675SR-R will be available in three colour schemes: Nebula Black, Nebula White and Aerolite Grey, arriving in Australian dealerships from May 2025. The model will be offered at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $11,790 ride away and is backed by CFMoto’s Australia’s comprehensive three-year warranty.
